Overview

Query graph database has emerged as an important research problem for real-world applications that center on large graph data. Many user-friendly visual frameworks has been proposed that can be used to query graph. In many of such systems, user can drag some of the existed frequent template structures provided by the system to construct the desired query graph. However, existing systems provide the template graphs statically, the template graphs are independent of graph database. Graph summarization group tries to extract the template graph set dynamically from the graph database, thus users can get different set of template graphs depend on their graph data, so as to highly decrease the steps in constructing the query graph, which will of course provides the query system with a more interactive user experience.
