Research Interests

Brian’s major research areas are Moral Philosophy, Ancient Philosophy, Mediaeval Philosophy, Political Philosophy and Philosophy of Education. However, he is very eclectic having published articles in Aesthetics, Metaphysics, Philosophy of Science, Philosophy of Religion and History of Ideas. He is currently working on a new translation of Aquinas’s De Magistro with a commentary.
